Invitation Letter:

We can support your visa request by supplying an official invitation letter to CPhI, P-MEC, ICSE and BioPh Japan.

However, an invitation letter alone will not be sufficient. You will also need guarantee letter in order to enter Japan. There used to be cases that people are deported at the airport due to insufficient documents. As the event organiser, we DO NOT issue any guarantee letter. It is your sole responsibility to arrange one for yourself.

Again, please note we DO NOT issue guarantee letters for any individuals.

Invitation Letter Arrival:

Typically, we process your application within 5 business days. All visa invitation letters will be sent by AirMail, which typically takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on the destination country.

Please keep the information above in mind when arranging your trip. We will not respond to any enquiry that disregards the timing stated above. For example, if you send us your visa information and then enquire about it in two days, we will not respond to your enquiry. This policy reduces unnecessary workload and allows us to serve more pharma professionals better.
